Delivery

Shipping:

  1. After you place an order on our website (lilscare.com), we process it by checking the availability of the products and carefully packing them in a recycled cardboard box and paper filling.

  2. We may contact you by phone (if specified) or email to confirm your order and delivery details, or in case a product is no longer available. We will contact you to specify how you would like us to proceed: fulfill the order without the unavailable products, replace them with others or cancel the order.

  3. Once the details are clear, we send a shipping and confirmation email with the tracking number. Most orders usually have their details clear and go straint to this step.

  4. We aim to process our orders within 2 working days from the moment of ordering.

Delivery:

  1. For the hygienic comfort of our customers, we send the orders (withing Bulgaria) with preview, without a test .

  2. We send with standard delivery on the territory of Bulgaria to the delivery address specified by the user or to a courier office of Econt or Speedy from the address field when ordering .

  3. Usually, couriers do not make deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

  4. If the user fails to receive thier shipment on time, we are released from the obligation to fulfill the delivery.

  5. The cost of delivery is borne by the user and is calculated on the basis of the price list of the courier company. It depends on the type of delivery, location and order amount.

  6. Payment is made upon delivery.

How can I return a purchased product?

If you are not satisfied with your order, during preview you can return your product without paying for it (before you have left the courier/courier office) and the shipping costs in both directions are at your expense. Products must be in the same condition in which you received them: unused, unopened (eg serum, lotion, etc.), undamaged, in their original packaging, with tags or labels and without signs of use.

Replacement:

In case products arrived at you damaged or broken during delivery, we will replace them and the second delivery will be on us.
